We are able to offer tube supports for any tube pitch and keep the most common sizes in our stock for quick delivery. When we supply the tube supports together with the finned tubes, we can offer the option to install the tube supports on the finned tubes directly, which will save time during assembly of the air cooler bundle / fin fan bundle for the air-cooled heat exchanger. Application of aluminum tube supports

As mentioned, aluminum tube supports from Airco·Fin are used to support finned tubes in an air-cooled heat exchanger. This is necessary in order for the end product to meet the requirements of the API 661 and ISO 13706 standard. According to this standard, a finned tube must be supported at least every 1.83 meters, with the weight of the tubes being transferred to the core of the finned tube. This is possible with the use of tube supports.
